The lace lavender that came to my house last November has grown into a bush and is now over 50cm tall and wide.
It’s been blooming all the time, probably because I kept it indoors at night during the cold weather.

However, it has grown too large and is difficult to handle on my narrow balcony.
I knew now was a good time to prune and repot.

I forgot to take a photo, but I already cut it.
I don’t want it to become woody, so I prune it as small as possible, leaving the leaves at the base.
I also removed all the buds that were growing.

Next, I tried to take out the seedlings, but I had a hard time getting them out.
As I expected, the roots were wrapped around the bottom half of the pot, looking like noodles.
That part had been separated from the top, so I decided to dispose of it.

And replant.
Promotion from No. 5 bowl to No. 6 bowl. Glaze from a clay pot? I made it into a bowl with a hanging on it.
In preparation for the coming summer, I changed the soil to a fairly well-drained soil with a lot of rocks on the bottom, but I don’t know what to do.

It’s now about 8cm long x 15cm wide.
I’ve gotten rid of a lot of the roots, so I hope I won’t have to repot it this year.
Before we do that, let’s pray for the growth again. I hope we can see the flowers again before summer!
