Before last summer, I passed by a house where the rose
Cocktail” was always blooming beautifully.
It was the first time she had seen someone taking care of the plants, so she talked to them, and as a result, she received a “Cocktail” cutting, which she had always admired.
Since then, it has gone through summer and winter without any fertilizers or pesticides, and when I gave it away in the fall, the roots were slightly damaged, but it bloomed for the first time this morning.
The bright red color stands out against the overcast sky and is beautiful.
I thought I didn’t get sick or have any insects, but there were some aphids on the buds.
Well, I guess this is within the acceptable range. It was immediately removed by hand.
The buds are also beautiful and enchanting.
By the way, if you post the current growth status of the stock, it looks like this.
The one with flowers is about 30cm high and 40cm wide. There are probably 5 buds blooming right now.
The one that has not yet bloomed is larger, about 50cm tall and 30cm wide. There are about 8 buds.
This is my first time growing roses, and just by referring to the information on the internet, they bloomed so well without using fertilizers or pesticides.
I want to have a long-term relationship with her, so I want to continue to carefully observe her and nurture her so that she can survive this summer as well.
Ah, I’m so happy! I hope you continue to stay healthy!
