Today’s temperature is 15℃/14℃, as if the cold in March is a lie.
Although it’s raining, it’s quiet and quite pleasant today, so I’d like to introduce you to the currently very lively group planting.
First of all, I planted viola decollete and princess clover “Dark Debbie”, which have been blooming really well for a long time.
The flower head is growing and aphids are starting to appear.
It may be nearing its end, but it continues to bloom beautifully and do its best. thank you.
This is a mixed planting of Antique Viola Frosted Chocolate Premium, which I cut back due to severe aphids, Princess Clover ‘Dark Debbie’, and Karex Bronze Curl.
After that, it grew quite thick and even had buds, but it looks like it won’t bloom…?
I want to see that beautiful blue and brown gradation again, but I don’t know.
I’m sure this season will be the planting of premium viola deejay ‘White Imp’, princess clover ‘Dark Debbie’, and tulip ‘Sunset Tropical’.
The tulip buds have expanded considerably.
The one above was planted in a 45cm planter, but this was my first time planting the other tulips in smaller pots.
This is a group planting of tulips Greenland'' and princess clover
Dark Debbie.”
Although it has grown rapidly, I feel that it is growing smaller than the one above, probably because the pot is small.
Here are tulips Estella Linebelt'' and princess clover
Dark Debbie” planted in even smaller pots.
The bulbs were supposed to be lined up in a cross pattern, but for some reason they were lined up in a narrow row… Bulbs move after all, right?
I wanted them to bloom tightly packed in a small pot, but it seems like they bloom in a small size that fits the pot.
Well, it’s unfortunate, but I learned a lesson.
Two slightly larger group plantings are also in season now.
First of all, Pansy SS selection “Orange Slice”, Princess Clover “Ester”,
A mixed planting of Sweet Alyssum, Viola Mickey'', and Hedera
Golden Cecily”.
They are already in full bloom and are showing off their vigor and vigor.
Next is SS Selection “Petite Chaton” Rose Blanc, Pansy SS Selection Momoko II,
Sweet Alyssum “Sucre?”, Princess Clover “Dark Debbie”,
A mix of silver lace, goldfish grass bronze dragon, and carex bronze curl.
It’s also thick and there’s a lot of traffic jam. After all, it grows toward the sunny south side (the right side in the photo), and it grows larger when planted on the south side. Sunlight is important.
These two are placed one above the other, so they look like this.
They are Morimori no Suke (?) and are very satisfying just looking at them.
I love cutting and arranging flowers, so I often use scissors to keep them airy, but when I think about it, spring is the time when they are in such full bloom that I can’t keep up with them.
Now that we’ve come this far, the peak of spring is just around the corner, and I want to enjoy every moment of it.
Finally, a bonus.
The first bean sprout flowers that bloomed today. I had no idea that something so sexy would bloom.
I’m really happy with it, so I’ll take a close-up photo of it and try it out right away.
