After a few chilly days of drizzling rain, today it was sunny for the first time in a while and the temperature was 12℃/22℃.
Can we now say that spring has finally arrived? Introducing the state of the balcony today.

I wanted to see this view first! A combination of lily of the valley, daffodils, and Japanese warbler series “Primula Malacoides” in white.
It’s a shame that I can’t focus on the lily of the valley or daffodil, but the beauty of the dignified, straight-stretching stems and leaves, combined with the fluffy and gorgeous volume of Primula malacoides, makes it very beautiful.

Spring means buds. Gazania is looking forward to sunshine and warmth.
I’m sure it will open soon.

Pink new buds are quietly rising from the joints of the variegated wild grapes.
It’s spring after all.

Calibrachoa “Uno Double”, an overwintering strain, is in a good mood with the bright sunlight for the first time in a while.
The bright red-orange color is dazzling.
Last year it didn’t bloom much because it was damaged by scale insects, so I hope it will bloom well this year.

Finally, the flower buds of the princess clover “Dark Debbie” finally appeared.
It has been full of leaves since I planted it in the fall, so it must be spring after all.
I’m looking forward to cutting and arranging it once it looks more like a flower.

It’s been cold this year, and if it was a normal year, the tulips would have already bloomed, but it seems like it’s still a long way off for us.
Well, it’s nice that spring is long. I want to enjoy the differences each year and take my time to enjoy spring this year.
