As a powerful typhoon approaches, we decided to bring all the plants on the balcony inside the house.
I decided to use this as an opportunity to cut back the items that were likely to break.

First up is Petunia Easywave ‘Yellow’.
It’s been a little over two weeks since the last cut back, and it’s already grown so thick.

After all, it’s hot, so it’s spread out and looks a bit elongated,
I was planning to cut it once next week, but I decided to put in some scissors instead.
Like this.

Yeah, it’s refreshing. I think I’ll keep it off until September.

Next is the petunia “Sakura Sakura”.
It’s been about 10 days since I cut this too,
I thought the hanging part would tear apart when I put it in and took it out, so I decided to put my hand in it.

Doesn’t it change much?

Let’s be patient and not touch this until September.

I grabbed a pair of scissors and cut it back one more time, but it’s getting long so I’ll save that for next time.
I hope the typhoon passes safely.
