Sanbritainia in February
I’m currently overwintering Sunbritainia scarlet.
It’s been almost two months since I started at the end of last year, and I’ll write about how things are going now.

Here’s what happened last time.

In short, my family’s Sanbritainia is going very well over the winter this year.

Perhaps because the warm days have continued, the branches are growing rapidly and are doing well.

I don’t really do anything to take care of it…but if I write properly,
Placed in a south-facing room near a sunny window
Water thoroughly after 2 or 3 days when the pot becomes lighter.
That’s all.
Other than that, my preference is to use no fertilizers or pesticides, and be careful not to break branches if I hit them.

For some reason, the plants are doing really well, and it’s strange that I took so much care over the winter last year.
This is the third year, so I guess the stock has improved.
I thought it was a delicate plant that would be difficult to grow on its own, but maybe that’s not the case?

Well, the real care begins before summer when it starts to grow vigorously, so let’s keep an eye on it until then to make sure it grows strong.
I can’t wait to see that bright red again!
