I found some nasturtium seedlings at the supermarket last week.
She remembered that last year she had fallen in love with a collection of nasturtiums in a book she borrowed.
However, a pretty nice seedling costs 800 yen… She was thinking about it when she saw seeds for sale on the shelf in front of her.
She had always wanted to grow something from seeds, so she decided to give it a try.
Before that, I got rid of the saffron that was taking up space on my narrow balcony.
I planted it the year before last and enjoyed it, but it didn’t bloom the second year last year.
It would take up a lot of space, so she took the plunge.
If it were wide, I’d leave it planted.
It grew really well.
Now that it’s like this, I’ve had a lot of fun.

There were 14 large seeds, about 7 to 8 mm in size. The germination rate is 60%, so if 9 buds appear, it’s good.
Where it was planted.
I’m planning on replanting it once it sprouts and grows,
I planted 3 seeds in the pots marked with the check mark in the photo, and 1 seed each in the others.
Wow, I’m kind of excited. Seedlings are great, but seeds are also special.
From now on, the temperature is perfect for germination, so I hope the seeds will sprout soon.
And if possible, I hope it will last through the summer and last until October as per the package.
Mine is Tohoku seeds, but the same “Jewel Mix” is

Now, the fun has increased!
It looks like it’s going to be a good April.
