Even here, where the minimum temperature rarely drops below 0℃, it seems to have fallen to -2℃.
That’s because I slept in thick clothes and woke up sweating (lol)
There was nothing out of the ordinary on the balcony this morning.
The violets that I had left outside and the lace lavender that I had kept inside at night had softened a little in the outside air.
There wasn’t any snow on the ground, so I was relieved that everything was better than I expected.
It didn’t look as good this morning, so here’s a photo from last week…

Just in case, I wrote down what I did last night.
Bring all plants that are sensitive to cold into the room, including semi-hardy plants! that’s all!
The entrance was also filled with pots.
Then, probably because it’s warmer, they’re blooming this morning and seem to be more energetic than when I didn’t take them in.

The sun came out before noon, the air was clear, and it felt very nice.
I was wondering if people would be jealous of this cold weather when summer comes.
It looks like tomorrow will be just as cold. Well, I learned something today, so I’m relieved.
Let’s look forward to the growth of bulbs that will sprout only after experiencing the cold.
