Natural Cultivation Gardening

Natural cultivation gardening: What I used as a reference
My balcony gardening has transitioned to natural cultivation since October last year.

Natural Cultivation Gardening

Since it is a natural cultivation method, we do not use fertilizers or pesticides.
The way you look at plants has changed, and you no longer focus on the flowers, but the roots and the vitality of the plants themselves.

The impetus for this was the book by Akinori Kimura, who is famous for his miraculous apples.

“Miracle Apple” itself focuses on Kimura’s life,
When it comes to natural cultivation and soil, other books are more detailed, so this is the one I referred to.

I look at other books and use them as references when I think, “This is it!”, so my knowledge is a mix of things that aren’t from various books.
What struck me personally was

Put yourself in the plant’s shoes: Does the environment seem comfortable for plants? I’ll try to capture it.
Soil health: Plants also coexist with the bacteria that live in the soil. Pesticides also kill the bacteria.
Weeds have a reason for growing. Weeds grow to balance the soil. Once the role is finished, it will not survive.
Do insects take in extra nutrients? It seems that insects such as aphids remove excess nutrients from fertilizer.

Regarding the last insect, based on my observations, I feel that it also attaches to weakened plants.
The roots are clogged or overgrown, and even when the roots are no longer viable, insects seem to be attached.

By the way, the difference between natural farming and natural farming is
I understand that natural farming does not interfere with nature at all, but natural farming does involve things like spraying vinegar.
I am planning to dilute the wood vinegar and spray it, so I chose the latter option.

Natural Cultivation Gardening

Mr. Kimura has a vast apple orchard, but I have a planter on the balcony.
I try to do what I can without trying to incorporate everything as is.
The environment is not exactly the same no matter where you are, so we need to carefully observe and respond to each situation one by one.

I’ve just started, so I can’t say anything grand, but I would like to record the progress step by step, including trial and error.
