First up is Petunia ‘Easy Wave’ yellow.
The buds were small when I bought them, but they grew in size within a few days.
It looks like it has a lot of vitality, so I have high expectations.

I also thinned out the nasturtium seedlings and separated them into separate pots.
When there were three of them in a small pot, they were all tangled with each other and fell over, so I hope they can stand up properly from now on.

I decided to plant the nasturtiums that sprouted in a very small pot with cherry tomatoes and basil.
Since they are edible, I can’t spray them with chemicals, and I hope the aphids will avoid the nasturtiums.

As an aside, nasturtiums germinated in a small pot with a diameter of about 3 cm,
The roots were well established and it was growing properly.
On the other hand, plants grown in larger pots were more prone to falling over and had fewer roots.
However, I feel that both of them tend to fall over because the roots are small compared to the size of the top.
I wonder if I can balance it now. Must be observed.

At this time, I tried eating the leaves for the first time (the description of the species states that they are edible).
I was surprised at how painful it was. It has a strong spiciness similar to that of Kaiware radish.
Suddenly, zaru soba came to mind,
When summer comes, I think I’ll eat it with grated radish and flowers. fun.

Lastly, Calibrachoa “Uno Double” orange.
I was so happy when I bought it that I took a commemorative photo with a white clover at a nearby park.
I looked at the date and it was April 21st. I had to wait a long time to plant them.

I didn’t want to plant them too closely because they would probably grow thicker by summer, but
I’m sure Lonicera aurea will grow vertically and Karex bronze curls will have straight lines.
I thought it would be nice to plant it, so I planted it.

I hope it grows bushy and blooms a lot of flowers.
It’s my first time growing Calibrachoa, so I’m excited.

Actually, I think it would be better to pinch all the flowers and buds.
Even this is much less. Everything is just too cute!

So, I planted seedlings that will last through the summer and fall.
It looks like it’s going to be hot again this year, but I’m looking forward to seeing it grow. Let’s take good care of it.
