We work hard on cutting back and pruning during the rainy season, and this time it’s pruning the summer mist.
This is what it looked like before it was plucked for the second time in early June and the scissors were inserted.
The density has increased compared to the first time, so I’m glad I cut it.
As far as I can see, it seems like Summer Mist’s side buds will turn into buds if you don’t pinch them.
When I pick the core, it feels like it splits into two.
I’m sorry for the buds, but I’m working hard to get them to grow even more.
I thought I cut it quite a bit, but looking at the photo it doesn’t look much different.
Now you can take a break from picking the wicks, and then cut them the next time you feel like it.
This is my first time growing Summer Mist, and I’m looking forward to seeing how it will bloom.
