The plants on the balcony were cut back and cored in June.
I will introduce what happened after that in several parts.
Let’s start with what happened after the first part, which is exactly one month from today.
Now that I think about it, it was still cool back then, but today it’s 32℃/28℃ and 70% humidity (tears).
Meanwhile, Sambritenia Scarlet is doing well although it has not yet budded.
Every time I look at it, it grows and expands,
I feel like the stems are thicker and stronger than before I cut them back.
I guess high temperature is better. Energetic and interesting.
Next is Summer Mist, which has been plucked for the second time.
This has also grown steadily with the heat, and now it looks like this.
This tree is growing in the morning, and it’s growing at night, and it’s growing very vigorously.
It makes me laugh even though I can’t believe my eyes. The branches started to droop right away.
Maybe I should really cut it back again?
But it’s hard to cut it because it’s so budded. It looks like it has some kind of “bud” quality (?).
The water drains quickly, and I’m encouraged by the promising growth ahead.
It’s going to get even hotter (!) from now on, but I’m looking forward to seeing if the plants that are strong in the summer become healthy.
Let’s cherish it.
